China-Central and Eastern European Countries Investment Cooperation Seminar was held in Ningbo on June 9, 2015. The seminar was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government and was undertaken by Investment Promotion Agency of MOFCOM and Ningbo Commerce and Trade Commission. Assistant Minister Wang Bingnan attended and addressed the seminar. Wang said this seminar is an important platform for central and eastern European investors to introduce their opportunities to Chinese investors and promote project matchmaking. He hopes that the present entrepreneurs will make full use of the opportunities, achieve positive cooperation results and further promote the deep development of two-way investment and cooperation between China and central and eastern European countries.
Attending the seminar were over 500 representatives from investment promotion agencies and enterprises from 12 central and eastern European countries and 17 provinces and cities in China and they conducted pragmatic and efficient negotiations on cooperation in energy, automobile, chemical industry, electronic technology and infrastructure areas.
